Q: What brand are your tampons?
A: Our tampons are private label, made by the same manufacturer as those you find in stores like Safeway and Target. The tampons have passed all industry tests and standards.

Q: What about pads?
A: We do not currently carry pads. We are tampons, period! However, if you are interested in receiving pads in your monthly shipment, please let us know by sending us a note here

Q: When will I receive my shipment?
A: You select your shipment date based on your cycle. We recommend selecting a date one week prior to the start of your cycle.

Q: What is the cost of shipping?
A: Shipping costs are included in the price of your box. There are no additional fees!

Q: What if I want to modify, pause or cancel my subscription?
A: No problem! Just log in and update your information 2 weeks prior to your next shipment.

Q: Do you have a referral program?
A: Yes! Refer 3 friends and you will receive a $5 credit on your account. Just have your friend enter your name when they sign up and we will apply a credit to your account.
